Bu politika, iOS ve Android için yayımlanan “Planet Pogo” oyununu (“Oyun”) kullandığınızda verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar. Oyunun geliştiricisi ve veri sorumlusu Teknosoft3D'tır (“biz”).
Teknosoft3D olarak sizi tanımlayan hiçbir kişisel veriyi (ad, e-posta, telefon, konum vb.) toplamaz, saklamaz veya paylaşmayız. Oyun ilerlemeniz, skorlarınız, yıldızlarınız, açtığınız kostümler, istatistikleriniz, günlük seri bilgileriniz ve ayarlarınız yalnızca cihazınızın yerel depolamasında tutulur.
Anonim kullanım istatistikleri: Oyunu iyileştirmek (ör. zor seviyeleri ayarlamak, oyuncuların geri dönüp dönmediğini görmek) için oyun, sunucumuza yalnızca şu anonim olay bilgilerini gönderir: platform (iOS/Android), oyun sürümü, dil, oyunun ilk açıldığı tarih ve kaçıncı gün olduğu; oynanan mod, skor, süre ve seviye; ödüllü reklamın izlenip izlenmediği. Satın alma veya ödeme bilgisi gönderilmez. Bu kayıtlarda cihaz kimliği, reklam kimliği, hesap, ad veya başka bir tanımlayıcı yoktur; sunucumuz bu kayıtlarla birlikte IP adresinizi saklamaz. Veriler yalnızca toplu sayımlar (ör. günlük oyun sayısı) için kullanılır, üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz, reklam veya takip amacıyla kullanılmaz ve kişiyle eşleştirilemez.
Oyun ücretsizdir ve Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir (birkaç oyunda bir geçiş reklamı ve devam etmek veya yıldızları ikiye katlamak için isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar). Reklamların sunulması, ölçülmesi, dolandırıcılığın önlenmesi ve hata analizi amacıyla Google, cihazınızdan şu verileri toplayabilir:

Oyunda “Reklamları Kaldır” (tek seferlik, +500 yıldız) ve yıldız paketleri satın alınabilir. Tüm ödemeler Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından, onların gizlilik politikalarına göre işlenir. Ödeme kartı veya fatura bilgileriniz bize hiçbir şekilde iletilmez. Oyun yalnızca satın alımın başarılı olup olmadığını mağazadan öğrenir ve ilgili içeriği cihazınızda etkinleştirir.
Oyun 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek veri toplanmaz. Mağaza yaş derecelendirmesi buna göre belirlenmiştir. Bir çocuğun Oyun üzerinden reklam ortağımıza veri sağladığını düşünüyorsanız, lütfen aşağıdaki adresten bize ulaşın; gereken adımlar konusunda size yardımcı oluruz.
Oyun verileriniz yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Oyunu cihazınızdan sildiğinizde bu veriler de silinir (yedekleme hizmetlerinde tutulan cihaz yedekleri hariç). Sunucumuzdaki anonim istatistik kayıtları sizinle eşleştirilemediği için kişiye özel silme mümkün değildir; bu kayıtlar en fazla 2 yıl saklanır. Google'ın reklam amacıyla topladığı verilerin saklanma süreleri Google'ın politikalarına tabidir.
Google AdMob tarafından toplanan veriler, Türkiye ve AEA dışındaki ülkelerde (ör. ABD) bulunan Google sunucularında işlenebilir. Bu aktarım, yukarıda açıklanan izin mekanizmaları ve Google'ın uyguladığı yasal güvenceler çerçevesinde gerçekleşir.
Türkiye – 6698 sayılı KVKK: Kanun'un 11. maddesi uyarınca; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam ve takip, açık rızanıza (ATT / UMP) dayanır ve rızanızı her zaman geri alabilirsiniz.
AEA ve Birleşik Krallık – GDPR / UK GDPR: Erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, itiraz, veri taşınabilirliği ve verdiğiniz izni istediğiniz zaman geri alma haklarına sahipsiniz. Ayrıca bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.
Biz sizinle ilgili kişisel veri saklamadığımız için bu hakların büyük kısmı, reklam verilerini işleyen Google'a karşı kullanılır. İzninizi oyunda Ayarlar > Reklam tercihleri bölümünden geri alabilirsiniz. Her türlü talebiniz için bize yazabilirsiniz; yardımcı olmaktan memnuniyet duyarız.
Oyun verileriniz cihazınızda kalır. Reklam SDK'sının ağ bağlantıları şifreli (HTTPS) olarak kurulur.
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada, yürürlük tarihiyle birlikte yayımlanır. Önemli değişikliklerde, gerektiğinde oyun içinde de bilgilendirme yapılır.

This policy explains how data is handled when you use the game “Planet Pogo” (the “Game”) on iOS and Android. The Game's developer and data controller is Teknosoft3D (“we”, “us”).
Teknosoft3D does not collect, store or share any personal data that identifies you (name, email, phone number, location, etc.). Your game progress, scores, stars, unlocked skins, statistics, daily streak information and settings are kept only in your device's local storage.
Anonymous usage statistics: To improve the Game (e.g. to tune difficult levels and see whether players come back), the Game sends our server only these anonymous event details: platform (iOS/Android), game version, language, the date the Game was first opened and the day number since then; mode played, score, duration and level; whether a rewarded ad was watched. No purchase or payment information is sent. These records contain no device ID, advertising ID, account, name or any other identifier, and our server does not store your IP address with them. The data is used only for aggregate counts (e.g. games played per day), is not shared with third parties, is not used for advertising or tracking, and cannot be linked to a person.
The Game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob (an interstitial ad every few games, and optional rewarded ads to continue a game or double your stars). To deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and diagnose problems, Google may collect the following from your device:

The Game offers “Remove Ads” (one-time purchase, +500 stars) and star packs. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own privacy policies. Your payment card or billing details are never shared with us. The Game only receives confirmation from the store that a purchase succeeded and unlocks the related content on your device.
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group. The store age rating has been set accordingly. If you believe a child has provided data to our advertising partner through the Game, please contact us at the address below and we will help you with the necessary steps.
Your game data is stored only on your device. Deleting the Game from your device deletes this data (except for any device backups kept by backup services). The anonymous statistics records on our server cannot be linked to you, so they cannot be deleted per person; they are kept for at most 2 years. Retention of data collected by Google for advertising is governed by Google's policies.
Data collected by Google AdMob may be processed on Google servers located outside Turkey and the EEA (e.g. in the United States). Such transfers take place under the consent mechanisms described above and the legal safeguards applied by Google.
Turkey – Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK): Under Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction of incomplete or incorrect data, request that such actions be notified to those third parties, object to results against you arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Personalized advertising and tracking rely on your explicit consent (ATT / UMP), which you may withdraw at any time.
EEA and UK – GDPR / UK GDPR: You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
Since we do not store personal data about you, most of these rights are exercised towards Google, which processes the advertising data. You can withdraw consent in the Game under Settings > Ad preferences. For any request, feel free to write to us; we are happy to help.
Your game data stays on your device. The advertising SDK's network connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page. For significant changes we will also inform you in the Game where appropriate.
